To initiate a return, please email us at skinshadesstudio@outlook.com with your name, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 15 days, provided the return meets our qualifications.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label via email. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Only unused products qualify for a 30-day return policy.
If you return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion—such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping—the value of that promotion will be deducted from your refund. If your return includes an item that made you eligible for a "gift with purchase" offer, please include the promotional item in your return to avoid its value being deducted from your refund.
For returns received beyond the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, issue a partial refund, or provide store credit at our discretion. To ensure eligibility, we strongly recommend emailing us at skinshadesstudio@outlook.com before sending back any products.

Cancellations
Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at skinshadesstudio@outlook.com. Your order will be handled as a return and will be subject to our return policy, including any processing delays.
